Handyman Volunteer: we need help with maintenance projects around the Center. If you have about 5 hours a month, preferably on weekends, please contact Sher at care_volunteers@yahoo.com.

-Parrot sized cages in good condition
-½” or ¾” Plexiglass (10 - 4’x8’ panels)
-12” disc sander
-First Class postage stamps
-Canon A30 toner for the photocopier
-HP 15, 56, 57 and 78 toners for printers
-HPC3909A toner for printer
-Brother PC501 toner for fax machine
-No. 10 business envelopes
-Paper towels, toilet paper
-Hefty 33-gallon garbage bags
-Tall kitchen garbage bags
-1 cc syringes, vet wrap, 2x2’s, 4x4’s, sterile water (veterinary supplies)
-Zupreem or Lafeber pellets - all sizes
-Honey Nut Cheerios
-Mixed nuts, unsalted and in shell
-Frozen mixed vegetables (we now have a freezer to store them in!)
-100% cotton fabric; also 100% fleece fabric
-Gift cards for Piggly Wiggly, Pick 'n Save, Wal-Mart, Menards, Home Depot

-Cash donations towards any of these items are greatly appreciated as well!

-Medical Expenses – Even though our Vet Clinic gives us a HUGE discount on our veterinary and medicine expenses, our veterinary bill has been averaging about $1,000 per month. A donation to help defray our expenses will be very much appreciated. You may send a check to CARE made out to Brook Falls Veterinary Hospital, or if you are at Brook Falls Veterinary Hospital, you can make a donation to our account.

Donations to the Center for Avian Rehabilitation and Education are tax deductuble, as we are a non-profit organization.
