Boarding and Grooming at C.A.R.E.

Going on vacation?
Or are you not going on vacation because you can't find a reliable bird-sitter?

When you board your bird at CARE, you will know your friend is getting daily attention and proper care while you are away. We accept birds for short and long term stays. For the safety of our birds and others boarding, we require that your pet be vet-checked and pronounced healthy within the last year. Please schedule ahead whenever possible, as our space is limited, and certain times—especially around holidays—fill up quickly. To make your reservation, call us at (262) 628-3719. Please read the following two contracts for long term and short term boarding pertaining to you:

Small Birds: (Finches, Budgies, Parrotlets, Lovebirds, Cockatiels, etc.)

CARE’s Cage $ 6.00/day
Owner’s Cage $ 5.00/day

Medium Birds: (Conures, Quakers, small Amazons, Hahn's Macaws, Timneh Greys, etc.)

CARE’s Cage $ 8.50/day
Owner’s Cage $ 7.50/day

Large Birds: (Congo Greys, large Amazons, Cockatoos, Macaws, etc.)

CARE’s Cage $15.00/day
Owner’s Cage $10.00/day

• Multiple birds staying in the same cage (two cockatiels, e.g.) are charged as one.

GROOMING • By appointment only •

Wings and Nails:

      Small Birds: $10.00 for both / $5.00 for either one
      Medium Birds: $12.50 for both / $6.25 for one
      Large Birds: $15.00 for both / $7.50 for one

We will groom beaks only when it is necessary for a bird's health:
From $5.00 to $10.00.
